Ottawa County Commissioners, on behalf of the Ottawa County Department of Job and Family Services, is soliciting competitive proposals for procurement of the delivery of seven elements of the Comprehensive Case Management and Employment Program (CCMEP). These elements are: Tutoring; Alternative Secondary School/ Dropout Prevention and Recovery; Adult Mentoring; Leadership Development; Comprehensive Guidance and Counseling; Financial Literacy Education and Work Experience.

Sealed proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at 8:35 a.m., same day and address, in Conference Room A of the Ottawa County Community Resource Centre.  Copies of the Request for Proposals are on file and may be obtained on or after December 28, 2022 at the Ottawa County Department of Job and Family Services, 8043 West State Route 163, Suite 200, Oak Harbor, Ohio 43449.
